These Terms of Use apply to your use of the Bucketrip iOS app. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Use of the app

Bucketrip helps you create, edit, complete, and save a personal travel bucket list. You are responsible for the content you enter into the app and for using the app in compliance with applicable laws.

Local content and backups

Your travel list and selected photos are stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping your own device backups if you want to preserve your data.

Ads and optional features

The app may show ads, including interstitial or rewarded ads. Rewarded features may depend on successful ad availability and completion. The availability of ads and related features may change.

Prohibited use

You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, or use it in a way that infringes the rights of others.

No travel advice or booking service

Bucketrip is a planning and list-making tool. It does not provide professional travel, safety, legal, medical, visa, or booking advice. You are responsible for checking official and current information before traveling.

Disclaimer

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or opportunities arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms when the app or legal requirements change. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

利用規約

本利用規約は、iOSアプリ「Bucketrip」の利用に適用されます。アプリを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

アプリの利用

Bucketripは、個人の旅行バケットリストを作成、編集、達成管理、保存するためのアプリです。利用者は、アプリに入力する内容および適用法令に従った利用について責任を負います。

端末内のデータとバックアップ

旅行リストや選択した写真は利用者の端末内に保存されます。データを保持したい場合、利用者自身の責任で端末のバックアップを行ってください。

広告と任意機能

アプリでは、インタースティシャル広告やリワード広告を含む広告が表示される場合があります。リワード機能は、広告の在庫や視聴完了状況により利用できない場合があります。広告および関連機能の内容は変更されることがあります。

禁止事項

利用者は、アプリの不正利用、動作妨害、法令で認められる範囲を超えたリバースエンジニアリング、第三者の権利を侵害する利用を行ってはなりません。

旅行助言・予約サービスではないこと

Bucketripは旅行計画とリスト作成のためのツールであり、専門的な旅行、安全、法律、医療、ビザ、予約に関する助言を提供するものではありません。旅行前には、利用者自身で公的かつ最新の情報を確認してください。

免責

アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。法令で認められる最大限の範囲において、正確性、信頼性、可用性、特定目的適合性に関する保証を行いません。

責任の制限

法令で認められる最大限の範囲において、アプリの利用に起因する間接損害、付随的損害、特別損害、懲罰的損害、データ・利益・機会の喪失について責任を負いません。
